I takes into account the size of your home including number of bedrooms and baths. It also takes into account the condition of your home. Is your home the “average” level of dirty or more? While I can provide you with a “ballpark estimate” to start, I would prefer coming by your home and meeting you and seeing your place. Then I could give you a firm flat rate price.
